Pangi Hills brings the food, herbs and traditions of the remote Pangi Valley to homes across India.

From the mountains, by hand

Our products come from one of the most remote valleys in the Himalayas, where short harvest windows, high-altitude terrain and generations of local knowledge shape everything that is gathered and made.

Direct from the community

We work directly with the Pangi Kisan Utpadak Cooperative Society and tribal producer communities in the valley. That means fewer layers between the people who grow, forage and prepare these products and the people who enjoy them.

Nothing unnecessary

Every jar, grain and drop is selected for its provenance and character. We focus on honest Himalayan produce, careful preparation and straightforward ingredients—without middlemen, shortcuts or unnecessary additions.

Pangi Hills exists to make exceptional mountain produce more accessible while supporting the communities and traditional knowledge behind it. Our collection includes wild forest finds, cold-pressed oils, herbal teas, grains, spices, honey and pantry staples sourced from Himachal Pradesh.
